Meet The Team
Kaitlyn Lee
Kaitlyn (she/her) is from Los Angeles, CA. Currently, a Senior at Pomona majoring in Molecular Biology and minoring in Philosophy.

As our President, Kaitlyn oversees the operations and administration of our weekly Science Bus lessons. She presides over the executive board, manages weekly logistics, and communicates with the teachers, principals, and school administrators at our five partner institutions to coordinate lessons.
Matea Zelich
Matea (she/her) is a Junior at Harvey Mudd originally from Henderson, NV. She is a joint Chemistry-Biology major with a concentration in Classics.​

As our VP of Membership, Matea handles all membership logistics, sends out weekly email updates, and assigns volunteer schedules.

Archa Dileep
Archa (she/her) is from Fremont, CA, and is a Junior at Scripps studying Neuroscience.​
​
As our Head Lesson Writer, Archa selects students to be on her team to curate the lessons of the week.
Together they craft hands-on science lessons (across a variety of STEM fields) and organize all necessary supplies.
Jessie Fantz-Sands
Jessie (she/her) is from Portland, OR. Currently, a Senior at Scripps majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Foreign Languages.

As our publicist, Jessie makes fliers and posters for club fairs and curates content for our instagram. She even designed this website to promote our organization.
Jayati Priyanshu
Jayati (she/they) is a Junior at Scripps from the Bay area majoring in Biochemistry.

As a Co-VP of Science Day Jayati works with Tanvi to put together our annual Science Day, a day-long event for Pomona elementary students.

Tanvi Krishnan
Tanvi (she/her) is from San Jose, CA, and currently majoring in IPS in Physics and Computer Science with a music concentration.

As a Co-VP of Science Day, Tanvi works with Jayati to put together our annual Science Day, a day-long event for Pomona elementary students.
Becca Verghese
Becca (she/her) grew up in Honolulu, HI but her family recently moved to Alexandria, VA. She is currently a Junior at Harvey Mudd majoring in both Computer Science and Math.

As our Treasurer, Becca handles the club's budget, and ensures we get enough funding for all of Science Bus's planned activities.
